spinach, pears, mango, craisin, dressing (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, kosher salt). I pack the dressing ingredients in small containers and put them in as I’m about to eat to maintain freshness and nutrients to th fruits and veggies.
options to add: nuts (almond, walnut, pistachio, sunflower seeds). Chicken breast or steak cut up (for meat option). Feta cheese or cottage cheese (for dairy option)
Additional Options:
In Israel it is hard to get a hold of mangos, so I used pears and canned peaches instead.
