Indigo Salad Dressing

This is a salad dressing I received from a neighbor when I lived in NY. Was fun to reconnect when I called her for the recipe.

1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of vinager
1/4 cup of water
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
(optional: 2 shakes of basil)
